Privacy policy

The personal data controller is the association «Iespēju Sabiedrība», registration number 40008341122, registered address Ganību iela 197/205, Liepāja, LV-3407.

Depending on your application, we may process the following data:

• •First and last name;
• •Email address and phone number;
• •Car make and model (when signing up for training with a car);
• •The first and last names of visitors (passengers);
• •Information about the event applied for and the participation fee;
• •Payment information, which is processed by the payment service provider;
• •Photo and video materials taken on the event premises.

• •Accepting applications and organising participation in training sessions and events — performance of a contract and the consent you have given;
• •Administering the participation fee and payments, fulfilling accounting and tax requirements — performance of a contract and a legal obligation;
• •Communication about the application and the conduct of the event — legitimate interests;
• •Taking and publishing photos and video to document the event and promote the association's work — the consent you have given.

The event premises may be filmed and photographed. The materials taken may be published on the association's website and social media accounts. If you do not want your image to be published, please inform the event staff or write to biedriba@driftaskola.lv.

Your data is processed by authorised staff of the association. For the execution of payments, data is transferred to the payment service provider SEB (technical solution provided by EveryPay AS). We may also transfer data to accounting service providers and state authorities if required by regulatory acts. Data is not transferred outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

We store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the application and the obligations set out in regulatory acts (including accounting). We store accounting supporting documents for the period required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until the consent is withdrawn.

Under data protection regulation, you have the right to:

• •Access your data and receive a copy of it;
• •Request the correction or deletion of data;
• •Request the restriction of processing or object to processing;
• •Withdraw the consent given at any time;
• •Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The supervisory authority in Latvia is the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
