Terms of use

These terms of use apply to the services offered on the website driftaskola.lv of the association «Iespēju Sabiedrība» (reg. no. 40008341122) and to participation in events organised by the association.

The association organises drift training and events in which you can take part with your own car (as a driver) or as a visitor (spectator).

Participation is registered by filling in the application form on the website and paying the participation fee. Participation is confirmed once the payment has been received. The payment procedure is described in the section «Payment terms».

By taking part in an event, the participant undertakes to observe the safety and conduct rules:

• •A helmet is mandatory and must also be fastened.
• •Sliding may only be performed in the designated zone.
• •Elsewhere on the premises, the maximum driving speed must not exceed 15 km/h.
• •In the car service zone there must be a plastic banner under the vehicle.
• •Smoking electronic cigarettes of any kind and tobacco products is prohibited on the premises.
• •Depending on the violation, the association's staff has the right to decide to remove a person from the premises and to bar them from taking part in future events.

Participation in an event is at the participant's own risk. The participant is responsible for the technical condition of their vehicle and for the use of appropriate protective equipment (including a helmet). Depending on the violation, the association's staff has the right to remove a participant from the premises and to bar them from taking part in future events, without refunding the participation fee.

Minors may take part in events only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

The processing of personal data is governed by the association's privacy policy.

The association may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
